Cosmetic condition:

All of the ports are in good condition and clean. The facial interface is in good condition with some light, but noticeable wear. There may be some small cracking, scuffs, scratches, and/or wear. For consumer health and safety, a silicone cover for the foam facial interface is included. The left and right screens are in fair condition due to noticeable scratches, scuffs and wear. The casing is in poor condition due to heavy scuffs, dents, scratches and wear. This wear is very noticeable on the casing. The headband is in poor condition due to many scuffs, scratches, wear, and stains. The headband is discolored from heavy use and wear. The controller(s) are in poor condition with some moderate to heavy scuffs, scratches, and wear from use.

Functionality condition:

The left and right screens are fully functional with no damage or issues. I was able to test the audio by playing a video. The audio is fully functional. The camera works great and shows clear images. The headset connects to controllers properly and they are fully functional.
