Cosmetic condition:

The screen is in fair cosmetic condition with some scuffs and scratches and wear. Some scratches are semi deep, but there is no major cosmetic damage. The back glass is in fair cosmetic condition with some scuffs and scratches and wear. Some scratches are semi deep, but there is no major cosmetic damage. The bezel has some scuffs, scratches, wear and dings along the corner, see photos. Please view our close up photos, as these are taken of the actual item being offered for sale.

Functionality condition:

The front camera is fully functional, but the rear camera does not work. The rear camera will only display a black image. The volume buttons are broken because they do not respond when being pressed. The toggle switch for the ringer/vibrate mode is stuck in the ringer position and can not be toggled. The Face ID does not work. The phone will not detect any faces when trying to add a Face ID. This iPhone does not have True Tone. This is due to the screen being a replacement and not a genuine Apple part. There's also a message within the settings stating that the display is unknown. The LCD/OLED has some lines as well as discoloration. These LCD/OLED issues are best seen on a light background, see photos. The digitizer does not work in some spots of the screen, but I was still able to get through the option menu in order to test all other functions. The WiFi abilities are available and fully functional. The Bluetooth abilities are available and fully functional. Since the speakers are bad, you will not be able to hear anyone when making a phone call. You will also not be able to hear sound when watching a video or hear any ring tones/alerts.
